We also have a Set up for Gas Welding & Argon Welding along with a Small Paint Shop . Compressor Opted Pneumatic Machines are used to install Hardware and Fitment of Heaters to enhance Production of Heaters.

All Heaters are Frequently / Regularly Checked In-Process of Manufacturing Like Resistance , High Voltages , Series Tests as well as Mechanically as per Drawings Provided to them . All Finished Heaters are finally Subject to standard Quality Checks & Inspections before Packing & Dispatch . OurProduction Supervisors are assisted ably by an Electrical Engineer as well as a Mechanical Engineer.

Our Design Team working on CAD CAM's and Solid Works helps enable our Production teams with Easy & Detailed Drawings for Production . The Design Team is regularly in touch with our Customers
